We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies or website analytics of our own. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly and is embedded in the page, so Calendly is contacted when the page loads and may set its own cookies at that point. The page forwards only the five campaign labels named above; it does not store them itself. You do not have to enter anything unless you choose to book.
Children’s information
Pupils are under 18. We work on the basis that the parent or guardian is our client and provides any pupil information. We collect only what is needed to teach: we do not need a pupil’s address, date of birth, full school reports or any health information unless you choose to tell us something relevant to their learning.
Pupil work and lesson notes are never published, never shared with third parties and never used in marketing. Where we quote a family’s experience publicly we ask for written consent first, and pupils are not identified.
Who your information is shared with
- Calendly — scheduling. Receives your name and email to create the appointment and, when present, the five campaign source labels listed above.
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles card details directly; we never see or store your card number.
- Our email and messaging providers — to correspond with you.
- HMRC — where required for tax.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to lessons: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Client records and lesson notes: for the duration of tuition and up to 2 years after.
- Financial records: 6 years, as HMRC requires.
